There is now a large posterboard sign on the Milliways bulletin board, written in sloppy childlike handwriting:

Magic Users Needed

My name is Twilight Sparkle. I and my
colleague Trixie accidentally cast the
age spell that has been affecting
Milliways. I am researching a way to
fix it, but I need help. If you are a
magic user with knowledge of
age spells or time magic,
please come find me so we can put
our heads together on this. I will be
in the Milliways library. Look for the
purple unicorn filly.

As promised, the unicorn in question is in the library, surrounded by several large piles of books.

Twilight & Trixie -

These are not from the same branches of magic that you deal with--different worlds, and all--but the untransfiguration spells, especially Reparifarge, may help you generate some ideas.

There are also two entries in Zygmunt Budge's Book of Potions that you may find of interest: a Shrinking Solution, which "causes the drinker to shrink to a younger form", and an Ageing potion, which turns a subject older. I wouldn't recommend brewing them, as a botched Shrinking Solution is poisonous.
