'Dear Dr Crowe,
I have gained a patient named Mal who is showing some very concerning psychological symptoms. He is a vampire trying to come off blood and has recently become psychotic. He's currently in the cells. Any chance you could possibly talk to him at some point please? He's dangerous and may attack at an instant, so I recommend keeping a careful distance or having a member of security with you.
