The first thing Shufti did after last night, was to lock herself in her room, hold Jack close to her and pray to any gods that might be listening.
The second thing she did, once she calmed down, was to gather up everything in the room, check with bar and move to a different one. Once she'd worked out what the number on the key said.
Even so, she doesn't look like she slept at all last night, and it wasn't just because Jack kept waking her up. Right now she is in one corner of the bar, her back to the wall, babe in her arms and the crossbow visible.
Unless you're Sands within two metres, or you decide to threaten the baby, she won't however be shooting you today.
