Max hasn't been inside as much lately.

It's because she keeps seeing military people with guns. And you know how she is about that.

But she's inside right now, to check on the Broomless Quidditch sign-up sheet.

There's still a few slots left, if you're interested. Or you could just ask her why she seems so jumpy.

She smiles, mostly. She likes having a team.

And just when Isuzu had thought she'd seen everything. There wasn't any way those wings were real, she thinks to herself as she tilts her head slightly to look out of the corner of her eye.

She thinks she's good at being subtle.

She may think so, but she's not. Max, after all, has the eyes to go with those wings.

She looks back at Isuzu rather pointedly. She'll wait to see if Isuzu turns away or inquires though.

Isuzu's a stubborn woman and raises one eyebrow, as if asking the girl to challenge her rights to look. She can play the silent staring game very well, after all, she's done it with Haru several times.
