There's some kid sitting cross-legged on a table near the Bar.
Harth's face is thoughtful, which in his case means 'blank'. Thin white fingers tap gently and rhythmically on the edge of the table, but otherwise he is almost worryingly motionless. His glasses catch the light at the slight tilt of his head, obscuring his eyes.
But... come talk to him if you want. Why not?
