After posting a note for Mel and other Security members, Jack heads into the bar and scribbles a note for Rachel. It had been a private message that Billy had asked him to pass along, so it seems better to leave it with Bar. Besides, she might get it faster.
Rachel;
I talked with Billy Batson earlier about what happened. My notes about that are upon the bulletin board in the office, but I wanted to let you know that Billy asked to see you as soon as possible.
