Atton's sitting in a booth, juggling and looking very, very pleased with himself. There's paper on the table, on which he's started writing notes to various people, but none of them are finished. He's not very good with juggling, so those balls could really hit anyone passing nearby at any moment, were he to stop concentrating.
Chichiri is sitting in a different booth, writing on a scroll, with a cup of tea. Rather out of place is an iPod on the table, which he seems to be have no interest in.
