Outside the bar there is a forest. Forests generally contain lots of trees. Though usually there aren't any people in those trees.
Today however, there is one lone girl lounging on a branch. It's high enough up that were you to walk under her, you might get her feet lightly brushing the top of your head.
What's she doing in said tree? Well, relaxing and enjoying the air and shade. Though, feel free to notice and talk to her.
