Part of the last-minute trip preparation around Milliways: Leaving notes for the people who are still there. To that end, Angel's left notes with Bar for anyone who knows him, basically saying he'll be back in a few days.
There's a slightly more in-depth one for Suzi, but that's because she also gets a package. Angel finished that dress for her, and he wanted to make sure she got it before she and Whistler went back to San Francisco, so leaving it with Bar is looking like the best bet for that.
The last line on her note, attached to the package with the dress inside it, is Make sure I hear what Whistler thinks of it.
