Miniver squeaks and looks under the table.
"Oh, hi. This place is inundated with cats, isn't it? Wait, here..."
He pulls off a bit of ham and offers it to the kitty under the table.
His parents used to feed the stray cats behind the house. There was no escaping them in Beacon. He grew to be quite fond of them.
