Ray comes in from New York in his civvies. For once, both the Green Lantern T-shirt and the rest of him're slime-free. Clearly this calls for some kind of celebration; he stops at the Bar and gets himself a Third Rail before settling down at a table with a good view of the Window. Sometimes he just likes to watch things go boom, you know?
