There's a faintly scowly-looking blind man going over a fat Braille volume at a table near the Bar. Given that there's a line of ordinary print at the top of each page, and that it reads CRUTCHFIELD, the reading most likely has to do with the half-disassembled subwoofer elsewhere on the man's table. SOMEONE has been fooling around with the sound system. Whistler doesn't really care who, but he'd like to get it fixed as soon as possible. The acoustics in here are weird enough without having to worry about a speaker going offline.
