Last night was spent on Earth, keeping watch over Lissar's sleep. Ironhide'll probably head back home properly tonight, so that he can give his report and start making arrangements for the girl's relocation, if possible. For now, though...
Well, for now he's thinking about humans, and what they think of each other, and how they treat each other, and how bizarrely complicated such little bags of water and meat can be. Outside, mostly, under no stars he's ever known on any world.
He might start shooting something eventually, because this isn't a mech much given to lengthy philosophizing, but for now he's as reasonably approachable as a damn big robot with damn big guns is likely to be.
