Valentine's Day? What Valentine's Day? And which Saint Valentine, anyway?
Not that Marlowe is pondering such deep and meaningful questions. Oh, no. Instead, he's found himself a table and, in the time-honoured way of writers everywhere, is avoiding thinking about last night by scribbling things (and smoking).
Of course, Marlowe being the perfectionist that he is, there seems to be more scribbling out than down.
