It's been a week and a half since they left Fiji, and Dan's still spending most of his time in the Kahana's sickbay.
The Pacific Ocean is a bitch.
His sea legs haven't yet developed and he's woozy from nausea and Dramamine, so he isn't at all surprised when he finds himself staring at an unfamiliar door. He figures he took a wrong turn somewhere, and if he just turns back around, he'll find his way to the dock in no time —
— but he can't stop staring at that door.
After a few moments of careful thought, he reaches out, turns the latch, and immediately stumbles backwards.
"Uh — hey, Naomi? Someone? There's — um. I think someone should come down here..."
