The woman who has been introducing herself as Sarah (here, at least) is at a table rolling around a jar containing three white ... slug things. Also at the table is a notepad, a pencil, a mug of beer, and a meat pie.

Such useful things, that notepad and pencil. She is taking lots and lots of notes, trying to remember all she can about these critters and the trouble they caused in the past. And she isn't getting charcoal all over her fingers!

Mmm, charcoal free pie.
