[OOM: While Asajj makes a new friend, Ahsoka visits with an old one.]

Milliways finds a very somber Ahsoka today, though she still pauses for a few moment to get her bearings before stepping fully into the room. She makes her way to Bar and asks for something warm, not really caring what she receives, which happens to be hot chocolate. When it appears, she picks at the mug a bit but doesn't pick it up. Her thoughts obviously are more distracting.

Asami's still pulling off her helmet when she walks through the door. By now, it's disorienting, but the transition doesn't faze her. She shakes out her hair, and tucks the helmet under her arm, before heading across the room. Asami threads her way through the tables and chairs until she's made it to the bar, where she sets down the helmet, and takes a seat. Before anything else, she asks for a piece of paper and a pen, and jots down a quick note.

She folds the paper over once, pressing her fingers against it to give it a straight, flat crease, then lets it disappear along with the pen. That done, she orders a cup of white tea, and reaches into her bag to pull out a copy of the Republic Evening News. Asami unfolds the newspaper over the bar – the photos on the front cover include the Pro-Bending Arena and Republic City's Chief of Police.

Fry is wearing his Scouts hoodie this afternoon, and is outside planting tomato seeds into pots.

He measures them exactly at the right depth, then gives each the same amount of water.

Gardening is a hard skill. You have to look not at what is there right now, but try and work out what will be there later. You never know how many seeds will come up, and if you don't look after them consistently, the plants will die. You can put in all the work in the world and get nothing, but if you don't put in any work you will definitely get nothing. Mum says this is called reaping what you sow.

It's certainly more relaxing than the rest of the day, which he spent trying to stick his front baby tooth back in.
