It will take a few minutes before he stops seething. When he does though, the fact that the soup-watching has recommenced is noted.

He shifts slightly, palms on Bar's surface in order to peer carefully at her. And take in her expression. It is significantly less subtle than the few he normally sees from her. His hands find each other, fingers intertwining nervously.

He glances to his right. And then to his left. There does not appear to be any help in sight.
