Jin Guangyao has appropriated a table near the back windows, covering it with blueprints and spreadsheets. He has different-coloured pens at the ready (no point in forcing everybody to use brushes, even if the blueprints were drawn with such) for people to make annotations or take notes, and is currently making tea at a cart next to the table.
