Ye Baiyi finally gives in to the temptation that has been pulling at him ever since he came here, and wanders into the forge.
There are smiths working there, and one of them, a tall fellow with a large long nose and long curly black hair, does greet him and asks him if he wants any work done, eyeing the handle of Longbei that sticks out from behind Ye Baiyi's shoulder.
Ye Baiyi shakes his head, declares he'd just like to look if he may, wanders around the forge for a bit and then sits in a corner, watching the smiths work.
It's nothing like the forge he remembers, and yet the sounds and smells pull at his heartstrings. Ye Baiyi isn't sure how long he will be able to bear this, but now, at first, he just takes in the atmosphere and thinks.
Teja, the one smith that talked to him, gives him a clay cup of a simple dark tea with herbs at some stage, but otherwise leaves him alone.
[[OOC: Both Ye Baiyi and Teja are available on this post for forge business or general talk.]]
