When Ianto Jones sits at the bar, a note pops up. He reads and nods, and gives the bar a pat. "I'll take care of it."

So there's a teaboy behind the bar (jacket off, tie loosened) and a simple specials note on the board:

HAPPY HOUR SPECIAL
COFFEE
any way you like it
