It's been different performing without the usual equipment. The lack of a big top in particular. But since it was still light when the circus began, and not raining, nobody seemed to mind.

Carlotta is now sitting in a booth, counting up the takings. They've easily broken even, which is reassuring. A couple of people have put chocolate ration coupons in, which will probably go down well too.
