He considers this for a moment. He's danced with Death before... well poked it. If not this Death... but sometimes you have to know when to back off. Even fools know that.

Which is why he gives a short whistle and the puppy gives the leg a longing look but trots over to his master and flop next to him. He has an exceptionally forlorn look on his little puppy face. SAD PUPPY.

The Fool gives Death a look of 'see what you did' but there's also a hint of laughter about his mouth and definitely in his eyes.
