Cassidy's gravelly guffaw is the sort that comes from a century of cigarettes and hard liquor.

"Sure you wouldn't want to? I can take a fair amount of punishment now an' then," he says, blatantly flirtatious.

"Nah, haven't seen 'im, but if does show up, I'm not holdin' any grudges if he doesn't either."
