Peter decided to hang out in the bar for a few days. He was here, and apparently time didn't move back home (he'd have to actually test that theory, but later), so he was going to take advantage. If nothing else, he could get some homework done and maybe be prepared for that Spanish test he'll likely have next week.
But all of that is for later when there isn't cool stuff going on in the bar - or something.
He's sitting at the bar, having a snack. Quite enjoying it too. And people - or rather, patron watching. There always seems to be something going on for him to pay attention to.
