Again with the whole "doctor" thing... Doctors were for when you got a gash in your side the side of your hand. Doctors were for when you got sick. Not for pregnancies. That's what midwives were for.

But. Not needing to worry about fee. Oh. Thank. God.

"Acceptable? It's beyond wonderful." He pauses, eyebrows coming down to glower. "This Dr. Tam is reliable, yes? They better take good care of my Virginia."
