That sounds like the clump of shoes with chunky heels coming down the stairs... but wait, does anyone who lives up there even have the things?
Apparently so. And zebra-stripe-patterned tights, and a BRIGHT blue skirt that's just short of knee-length, and a lighter blue blouse... and a more or less familiar face at the top of all that, even if it's under an unfamiliar hairstyle (which, on second glance, is probably a wig).
Sharp eyes may have noticed that Angel was markedly scarce in the main bar, over the weekend. Equally sharp wits might observe that there are people who can spend that long trying to figure out what to wear.
