Oh I know I lived this life before.
Todd has, at some point, come down the stairs from his room with far less of his usual entrance. Though the smile is still plastered to his face like no tomorrow, it's somehow weaker, less solar-powered than usual. And rather than his varsity jacket and Nikes, he's in a late '70s-style button down shirt (short butterfly collar) in a pale blue color- though he's still wearing jeans, he's got on a big ol' buckle belt with a star on it and fake snakeskin boots.
Anyhoo, rather than the bar or his more conspicuous "interview" table, he's chosen a seat more towards the back of the room. Not in an outright corner, but as close as he's willing to get. From the bar he's fetched a bowl of Wheaties with milk and a can of Coke (nice breakfast), and is kind of chomping silently on the former as his eyes scan the pages of The Shining, barely attentive.
