Asar-Suti is in the garden, weeding and watering and humming some religious songs he's picked up somewhere. You might recognise 'Swing Low, Sweet Chariot' being repeated over and over again, sometimes interspersed with some Bach chorale, probably 'Sheep May Safely Graze'.
Asar-Suti's probably still god enough to like religious songs as such, and has long been person enough not to notice that he's humming at all.
It's a beautiful day, in any case, and somewhere near the lake, there's a kids' party in progress. Asar-Suti vaguely decides to wander over later, but now, there's the sun, the plants, the hoe - the purple god of magic is timelessly content and happy.
