Guppy is in the bar, in a booth, with a pint and the ship in a bottle. He's finished the mast and sails and is now painting the helm white.
He's doing it carefully, not missing a single detail, but a ship in a bottle is not enough entertainment for a bored Bound man. Come distract him, or tell him he has a smudge of paint on his chin.
