Again, it's a sunny "day" over Lake Milliways. The sky is clear blue and the water like glass.
And, underneath that water, a mermaid swims. Having not seen any sign of the fabled shark, her caution has decreased a little and she's now going slightly deeper into the lake.
But not too deep. Just a little farther from her previous explorations but still in easy reach of the shallows. She exults in the feel of the water slipping past her skin as her tail carries her forward with powerful undulations.
Naraht's having a good time. Wonder what she'll find down there.
