Thad is in the bar, yellow eyes bright. He? Has had a stupendous idea. He's going to try and round up every villain he can find, and get them to do something. Even if it's only harassment, he wants to reinforce the idea that there is no safe place. As such, he's sitting at a table, sketching blueprints, an evil gleam in those eyes.
