In a fit of fancy, Charles decided that he would rather like to appear a bit as he used to -- not in the furry and claws way, but rather, his manner of dress. Sooooo, there's a rather finely dressed Charles in the bar this morning, munching contentedly on some strawberry crepes. He has to eat rather carefully, because there's a danger of the ruffles on his sleeves getting caught in the sauce, and that is just Not Done.

He'll probably say hi to you if you say it first (well, knowing Charles, he'd say "Hello," or something much more formal), and he might even share, if you ask nice enough.
