*Bigby walks in, and noticing a newly posted parchment, heads over to read it briefly. There's a ghost of a smile as he reads certain sections before he heads to the closest available barstool and orders up a pack of cigarettes. Grabbing a nearby ashtray, he lights up and starts surveying the crowd.*
