(no subject)

Cywyllog is in the bar again and in short, she looks like hell. Not the fun, bruisey hell she looked like a few weeks ago, but a nice, miserable, emotional hell.

As per her usual, she orders a cup of tea and then proceeds to the fireplace area. She doesn't even notice the door disappear behind her.

She looks up at him and smiles a little.

"Hello, Lobo. How have you been?"

"Good. and ye?" He grins...

"All right, I suppose." She shrugs.

"Ye suppose? Usually means things are bad." He raises a brow.

"They could be better." She agrees. "Just an argument at home, of a sort."

"Argument?" Brow stays up...

"More or less. It will blow over."

"Mind company?" He indicates a nearby seat.

"No." She offers another small smile. "Not at all."

Cue subject change. "How have you been keeping yourself busy?"

"Getting in trouble, shooting my way out..." He sits, grinning. "Fighting, drinking, eating, keeping life simple."

"Simple is nice. I wish I had simple."

"I like simple. Saves a lot of headache. Probably ye could have simple."

"No." She says softly. "I do not think I could."

"Not back in yer world. but here, why not?"

"Here is simple. Usually. Unless certain people are around, and then it is not."

"Oh? Wich people?"

"The ones who I have versions of in my world. My husband, my mother in law, my step mother in law, my father in law's adviser." she sips her tea. "Mostly the one who is my husband in my world, but not here."

"Damn. That would suck." he nods. "Anyone around now?"

"Not that I can tell. I do not see them all that regularly, it is just I never know when one of them will pop up."

"Well, until then... be simple." He smiles.

She smiles back.

"A cup of tea by the fireplace. Nothing simpler than that."

"And smilin'. Ye have a pretty smile." He smiles to her.

"Thank you. I seem to be getting compliments lately."
