Lust is just about finished bringing in the Incomplete Stone she needs to keep the deaths down to a minimum when she and Miho perform the ritual.

These two cases represent nearly the last of it and she sets them down carefully next to the bar. ~~Time to pause in her evil plan and gloat.~~

(In-bar and OOM: Giles meets Lust, and they chat about magic and Alchemy which leads to her offering to give him a book about it. Of course, this is the best bait to an bibliophile who specializes in the occult... So they end up heading upstairs where there's more discussion, and some sampling of wines, books, and of course, Lust herself. Warnings in the second thread for definite smut.)

Lust walks in and smiles slightly. With a flip of her hair she heads straight for the bar and orders a cup of damn fine coffee (to quote Dale Cooper even if she's never met him).

Something the little village she left out the door lacked.

Sipping away at her coffee, she turns her attention to the humans (and occasional non-human or not-quite-human) around her.

Lust walks into the bar with two footlockers, one in each hand. From the way they swing, they look massively dense but by the way her arms look, she's able to carry them easily.

It is at a time like this when Lust would like to be least noticed. Naturally her mun is evil and would not like her to pass unnoticed. Especially by those who know and distrust her.

Cywyllog had stayed the night again, and even managed a small walk outside, but it's time to go home. She finishes her tea, and then heads to the door.

Unfortunately, she doesn't get very far, before a wave of nausea hits, and her knees buckle underneath her. Cywyllog reaches out for something, anything, to balance herself - a chair, a wall, a patron - but there's nothing there.

She hits the floor hard and then just sits there, head in her hands, and waits for it to pass.

Lust is in the bar, at the counter sipping some coffee.

She almost definitely has a plan ready, but timing being everything, she doesn't want to give too many people too much of a chance to stop her. Still, reading a book on the various matrices again to be absolutely sure she knows which variation of the transformation matrix she wants to use to change humans into Philosopher's Stone is not a bad thing.

Unless she's caught in the act of using that knowledge ...

Lust walks down the stairs, an abstracted look on her face. She's pretty sure how she wants to proceed, the pinch coming in executing it. She walks to the bar and runs her hand over the countertop. "Bar? Could I get a second room? Directly above mine?"

There's a pause, then a key appears. Her gaze flicks to the tab board which despite having paid her tab at the beginning of the required period has already risen dramatically. "Don't worry, I'll pay you next time I go home and come back."

She plans to do that frequently. She has a lot of incomplete Stone solution to bring into Milliways.

There is an Ed, outside. It's a bit late to be out there, but he doesn't seem to notice - he's too absorbed with his task at hand.

He's been at it, for awhile - a few hours, at least. He's dressed in old clothes, that have seen better days; he's wearing thick gray gloves. He's been assembling together a bunch of pieces from inside a box. He probably could have been seen dragging that box through the bar earlier. He brought it from home, just for a special occasion!

What is that special occasion? Well, you'll have to ask him, but what he's making is probably pretty clear. It's a small rocket, about a foot and a half tall.

Lilly heaves a sigh of relief, and that's when the flowers and note appear. They're pretty, if rather... unexpected. Of course, unexpected doesn't necessarily mean unwelcome and so she smiles, snags the bouquet, and heads back upstairs. Doing all those packages was tiring, and when it's hard out here for a pimp... sometimes the pimp just goes back to bed.

Roy Mustang is again in the bar, seated in a booth. The table in front of him is actually covered with paper, and he appears to be, shockingly enough, working.

But the chances that he actually wants to are very slim indeed, so he would not be adverse to people bothering him.

Even as a General, Roy is still a first-class procrastinator.

Next to this she is carving a piece of twig into a spike with a rather battered sword, occasionally measuring it against the hole in her crossbow.

Cywyllog is sitting by the observation window, but is observing the geneal mayhem in the bar as opposed to the stars. She, being one of the few not having to worry about their tab as she pays hers regularly, is torn between being amused and feeling sorry for the rest.

Jane comes down from her rooComing down the stairs to the Bar, Jane is amazed by the buzz in the bar tonight. She raises an eyebrow at it. convinced that it is another play or death or other somesuch drama as Milliways is wont to have. Her interest is caught, however, by the large notice in regards to bar tabs. One quick glance gardners her the knowledge that her tab is extravegant, and more pressingly, she is unable to afford to pay any of it. She orders a cup of tea to steady herself, but her hands are obviously trembling, resulting in the cup rattling on its saucer. She must think as to how to solve this problem and with all rapidness. She does not fancy being a pauper once again.

Draco had seen the notice, and there was some cursing. Later, he came back into the bar. Early on, he had a small purse to pay for items, but with meals, books, and a broom, he was well into the red now. And now it looked like he was going to have to do something terrible.

Get a job.

Right now, he was also considering a hunger strike to protest. We can guess how long THAT will last.

So sullen and broke wizard in the bar, seeking employment.

There is an Ed, in the bar, sitting in a booth. He seems a bit jumpy tonight, and also like he's keeping an eye out for someone - but whoever he's looking for, he probaly doesn't want to see them. Because every so often, he'll duck under the table. Hiding from someone? Maybe, but it's always false alarms.

Care to investigate why he's acting like a scared squirrel?
