(no subject)

Princess at the bar.

With a drink.

Swinging her legs.

Dead princesses are allowed to be in good moods, too.

[and dead princesses can be glomped, too]

[Delia smiles, wickedly]

No? [and then she yelps.]

[yes, Delia is ticklish]

Please. Your choice, dearest.

[she stares at the drinks]

[and then laughs]

[she pulls one of her locks of hair around to study]

No, you are right. My hair needs to be dark for pink.

Saionji sits at the Bar and orders a bowl of noodles, bowing to the bar when it appears.

He notices her, of course--he's seventeen, and therefore tends to notice any attractive women within a three block radius--and makes a vague attempt at friendliness.

"Good afternoon, miss," he says, with a nod of the head. He figures even if she can't speak Japanese, she'll still get the gist of it.

Ah, so she does speak Japanese.

Saionji seems to accept predatory looks as his due. "I'm called Saionji," he says, picking up his chopsticks. "May I ask yours?"

His introduction to the place missed some of the finer points, though. Oblivious to magical translation, he laughs.

"All right. Who are you?"

[identity profile] saionjisenpai.livejournal.com 2006-01-11 11:11 pm (UTC)(link)
Saionji raises an eyebrow. "A princess?" Considering what he was told about gods coming here, he weighs the chances and decides to take it seriously. He rises from the bar stool and bows. "Forgive my familiarity, then, your highness."

"I've never met an actual princess before," he says, settling back into his seat. He's slightly awkward now, unsure about protocols. "At school, we talk about princes and princess and noble ideals all the time, but of course we're not the real thing." He glances down at his hands for a moment when he says that.

"Where is it that you come from?"

Saionji is naturally pale; he just gets a little paler. "I see. You're--the first such person I've met," he admits. "Although I had heard there were those here who were."

And Anthy tried to convince me I was one of them.
