Guppy comes into the bar from the back door and goes over to the bar. He takes a small map of the world from his pocket and puts a cross next to one of the vertical lines.

He gets a cup of coffee and sits next to the fire. He looks tired and keeps dozing off, but forces himself to wake up again each time.

Eventually he just can't keep his eyes open and flops onto the side of the chair.

Helen sighs. "That doesn't stop me from being worried, however..."

Helen sighs. "Very well then." She smiles a bit. "You can keep the blanket. I made it for you, you know."

Helen smiles a bit more. "Thank you. It's what I have been up to through the holidays. Making blankets, and clothes." She nods. "But you need sleep, Guppy."

"You do not look well either." Helen tells him, worriedly. "I'll walk you to your room?"

Helen stands and supports him. "You'll get better. I know it. It'll all be alright."

Helen gently takes his hand and leads him slowly, up the stairs and down the hall to his room. Her face is a mass of worry for him. When they get to his room, she looks to him, and asks gently, "Do you have your key?"

Helen gently slips off his shoes, and helps him lie down. She pulls the covers over him. "Sleep, Guppy, dear," she says softly, kissing his cheek.

"It's alright."

Helen watches him for a while, then, kissing his cheek again, leaves the room and closes the door. All she can do now is pray he will be alright.
