Bruce pushes in the Door, and stops, blinking in the lights of the bar and the suddenly much cooler air. For a moment, he is shocked, but then a slow grin spreads along his face and he stands a little straighter. He walks to the Bar and gently pats it's top.

"Hello, there, Lady Bar. Been a while. Think i could have a nice lunch and a beer?"

When the plate comes into being, he smiles.

"Thank you. I have missed you, Lady, yes, indeed."

And he digs in.

"I'm doing fine, now. Glad to be back."

He eyes her for a moment, an expert on being tired, then pats Bar gently and orders a water for her. He hands it over.

"Looks like you could use this."

"Thank you." she smiles. "Glad to here it. It's always nice to have friends about."

Her expression grows dark, "Bruce, How long have you been gone?" fairly sure he doesn't know about Nina yet and with how close he and Magius are he should be warned.

Bruce smiles at first, then frowns.

"two months my time... I dont know how long Milliways time. What's up?"

Her arms hold each other and her gaze finds something on the floor very interesting,

"Have you heard about Nina?"

He nods and shakes his head, hisneyes echoing sorrows old and new.

"Got a note first thing. I will look Magius up soonest. I know what he is going through."

Amanda nods slowly before looking up. Just remembering her joy at seeing him the smile lights back up, "Just thought you should know." yes the sorrow is still behind her eyes but she is making a true effort.

"SO tell me whatyou have been up to?"

He nods.

"Traveling, dodging the long arm of the law, the peacekeepers, the government, and several black ops teams, not to mention unscrupulous mobsters. Nothing much."

He grins as he takes a swig of his beer.

"you?"

"SOunds like fun." yes that would be sarcasim.

"Robbing one of the most secure museums in Germany, losing my best friend, helping another good friend through some troubles, having a couple breakdowns, continuing my training, taking a trip to 'PLeasure Planet', meeting new people, sewing, being bound" playing with Desire "And being bored." smirk

"Sounds like fun and not fun and a lot of boredom. So you should do something to not be bored, maybe?"

"Like what? There is just so little around here that I haven't already done. I like this place and all but I would like a little to try something new."

"Be inventiver. You are surrounded by people from over a hundred different worlds, a bar, a forest, and a lake. Are you telling me someone who can plan thefts can't come up with something to occupy her mind in all of that?"

He raises an eyebrow and looks at her.

Ooh an interesting challenge seems to have been issued. leaning to the side with her fingers gently holding her chin.

"Everytime I find something to occupy my mind with something here that is at all interesting it ends up complicating my life. And Bruce I don't like complicated." She likes simple and carefree.

"So plan it out. Think first, observe second, plan third. If something gets too complicated in any of the stages, cut it out and move on to the next idea."

He grinsnat her.

"The key is to do so before getting involved."

"Suppose your right. Perhaps ice skating?" he had mentioned the lake but since it's frozen over she could do that. "I could get the skates from bar. Watch some DVD's, get a book and start practicing."

"Whatever works for you. Ice Skating is best learned, I think, by doing. Just be prepared to fall. It's like l;earning dancing that is particularly high movement? You tend to fall some the first few times you do it."

Amadna luaghs, "I think I can handle it. Perhaps I'll a disappear for a few decades and then come back and try out for the olympics."

He grins.

"Whatever works for you."

He munches some, content with silence and friends and good food.

Amanda gets a sketch pad and pencil and starts drawing an outfit. With all the sewing that she has been doing it may be a better idea to just make a line of fashions or open up a boutique.
