Angela is down in the bar, with her mp3 player, her head bobbing along with the music, some mid-21st century neo-punk or something.
Or the Grateful Dead.
Hey, if she can't smoke pot anymore, at least she can listen to the Dead.
As usual, she's wearing baggy black clothing and too much makeup. She's eating a burger and fries and drinking a coke.
She'll pop the earbuds out of her ears if you want to talk to her.

Clearly she needs a Steph. To relieve her of the burdens of these things. Steph hasn't seen anyone eating a burger and fries for aaages.
...there's an innocent-looking girl perched on the table suddenly. And by 'innocent' we mean 'definitely plotting something nefarious.'

What. The. Fuck.
She pops the earbuds out of her ears. "Um. Hi," she says.
She's unsure of the etiquette for such a situation.

Really, this girl was like...a super nice cheerleader. With the emphasis on "super nice". "Have you been here long? I've only been here for a few months."

She munches on a fry. "Where are you from?"

Angela is not sure if she should talk about comic books.
After all, she's heard rumors of a 24 television show on another universe...and boy that was an uncomfortable sensation...

This is not something you see too often.

"Good evening, Lady Angela."

She grins. She likes feeling as if she knows what she's doing.

"You are quite welcome. You are just as astute of a student as your mother."

"Yes, I do."

She knows that her mother has some weird powers at the moment, but she's not quite sure how she got them or if she had help.

Right. There.
In. The. Bar.
She's pretty sure there wasn't one there before.
"Whoa."

A talking car, no less, which nicely explains why there's no one in the driver's seat.

It seems the appropriate thing to say when meeting a...being.
Even if the being did look like a Trans-Am.

His scanner flicks steadily. "And yourself?"

"I'm okay, I suppose, but I'm not really used to speaking to automobiles." She pauses. "I'm Angela."

"I am the Knight Automated Roving Robot-KARR, if you prefer." There's more than a small note of pride in his voice.
