Chris is drinking an apple martini and humming. He's normally a happy guy anyway--being a divine emobidment of joy and all--but lately? Things have been particularly pleasing.

"That smells good. What is it?"

"That's quite good. Never had a martini before. I generally get a cider or a Scotch."

"Doing well. Settling in. Wrote to Amadeo. And Gary's apparently become the High Priest to Geoff, the God of Biscuits, so there's been a great deal of lovely baking going on in our flat."

Richard's decided he likes apple martinis and orders one from Rizzo.
"How've you been?"

He rests his forehead against Chris', gets lost in his eyes and breathes in his scent. Then he ducks his head down and laughs at himself a little.
"Sorry I'm not much for conversation tonight. I just don't often get to relax like this unless I'm with Loki. And that's different, really."

He arches to his touch, and then opens his eyes and remembers that they're in public.
"Would you like to come back to my flat tonight?"

"Yeah. I really am now."
The rings are still on his finger, but there a mere formality now.

"No. I'm not looking for another husband, or even really another boyfriend or girlfriend at the moment. I just like being with you. 'Snice."
He looks up into Chris' eyes.
"What about your spouse? What do they think of this?"

"That's what David said, and he was right. But I would have thought that it'd last longer than a year. But really, I suppose it's silly for him to fight his nature."

"Aye, that it does. Perhaps if I just leave him be, he'll come back again one day."

"Doesn't mean I can't have a bit of fun now."
