(no subject)

It's a rare entrance post, documenting a rareolder MacManus twin in the bar. With a slice of bread and a glass of tea, sitting near the fire, wearing a sweater that kind of takes away from the fact he's lost so much weight. He's friendly enough, so stop by and say hello.

He looks familiar. Strangely familiar. I probably have never met him in my life, but the fact is, he looks familiar. Maybe, it's deja vu.

"Cold?"

Sure, it's weird coming from a complete stranger, but I'm just strange in general. So, whatever.

"Yeah, it was alright. New York weather is different than everywhere else."

(ooc:sorry for major delay)

"Ah, sorry. I haven't, which causes such confusion."

"Yeah, probably too often. I think this place likes to mess with the anti-social. Force us to communicate."

I smile a little.

"Well, see, no wonder she's pissed off. We try to avoid social situations, the bar plops us here, and we still avoid them.....like the plague. Unless, I'm in a good mood, or facinated. Rooms are good though. My whole apartment is books and music and I love it."

I pause for a second, my smile, as small as it is, still remains.

"I'm rambling, ain't I."

My head goes down with a growing smile.

"Talk to me. One of the same. What's your room like? What keeps you occupied? Anything."

Actually, she's met someone of a similar profession and as long as the people are bad, she just thinks of it as forceful karma.

I like that. Languages, languages are sexy. Especially Italian and French. Languages are almost as sexy as a man's wrists. Don't ask: it's a weird attraction thing, I know.

"I'm very good at French, but when I try other languages, unfortunetly I fail miserably. What languages do you speak?"

Brighid pasts by the fireplace in order to leave the bar. She had to go home and find Patrick before he starts to worry. But, something stopped her dead in her tracks. The feeling that another one of her blood wasn't eating well. She looked over at the lonely Irish man at the fireplace. "Only a slice!" she thought hoping that he is going to eat more, but she could see that he was hiding the fact we wasn't eating. Brighid had to intervene. She wasn't used to the fact her men and women were dying from hunger in the past and she is not going to get used to it now.

She walked up to the man and looked down at him. "Hello, my name is Brighid" she said with her hand out stretched.

She sat down in the chair next to him. She smiled back at him. "Yep he is Irish." She thought. "I am sorry but couldn't help to notice that you were alone in this bar."

Brighid smiled even more when she heard that he had family here. Family is very important to her. "That is grand!" She said noticing that he was questioning her divinity in his head. Every Irish man does, and most of them are right. "So I have noticed that you are Irish. By your accent of course."

"Ahh, lovely Boston." she said with a glimmer in her eyes. "Where did you grow up in Ireland?"

[identity profile] http://users.livejournal.com/_brighid_/ 2006-04-11 02:40 am (UTC)(link)
"See, thats why I can't leave Ireland fully. I have to go there everyday for buisness."

[ooc: thats fine! Night!]

"Ahh, you should go back sometime!" She said with the thought of someone enjoying time with their family.
