[ Pre-Milliways ]
The door opens, and a thin 15-year-old girl steps into the bar. In her hand is held one cinema ticket, and on her face, a look of sheer confusion.
Yup, she's one of them thar newbies.
[ ooc:mun flees for food; will pick up tags when I return. Back.
Also!!! If you were threading with one of my (Midge) other pups and want to continue a stalled thread, pls be leaving a link here and I'll get to it ASAP. ]

Well, the girl could hardly be blamed for calling them that.
"Yes. They are. So... let's try this again. Welcome to Milliways, Eva."

"Oh, no. Very far from it. Tell me, do you see a door over there?" she asks, pointing to where she sees a door herself.

"It means you can come and go as you please. There are some here who arrive and then cannot leave because the door disappears."

Complete disinterest in the others.
"I am told the bar must have some reason for keeping them here. Some who are actually spirits given physical form can never leave without someone else helping them. But, if they don't return within a certain amount of time, then they lose their bodies and turn into spirits again."

"No more hysterics, Ms. Eva?" she asks. "Take deep breaths if you feel like screaming. Spirits. The non-coporeal forms of the dead."

Instead, she nearly spits out her drink and blinks.

She giggles.
"You don't think I'm human, do you? But I'm nice and won't hurt you."

She holds her hand.
"I'm Moon, Eva, once trapped as a card in the Major Arcana of the Tarot."

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Eva," she says.
To give the distruaght girl something for all her scares today, Moon's touch brings forth more of Eva's creativity. A burst of talent that the girl would need when she gets to where she's going.
It would help, if fate allowed.

The moon was still very full, after all.
"Where were you going, Eva?" she asks, interested in finding out about the girl.

Moon loves the arts.
All of them.
"I was once a dancer. Then I was a singer. Now, I am a writer."
no subject
“Oh, I love to dance. And sing. Though I am not good with writing.”
no subject
"I tried my hand at painting, and that didn't go as well as I would have liked." She giggles. "We all have our talents. I think I liked dancing the most."

"In the end, it was just a phase."
More giggling.
