Git, in the back corner, in his normal robes. He's got a pile of books on the table in front of him, along with a cup of tea, and his wand. Strike that. The wand is firmly clenched in his hand. He doesn't want any long toothed miscreant making off with it. Again.
The title of the book he's currently reading? 'The Binding and commanding of Spirits'

Obviously, she is not from the Wizarding world.

"I suppose on your world, then, magic is confined to those of. . . pure blood?"

She tilts her head to the side again.
"You seem to wish to change the order of things?"

A pause as he consider, then nods.
"I seek to return things to a better state, where Wizards once again rule over the muggles, as is proper."

She didn't need the word, of course, but it suited her point.

He fingers his own wand.
"But, once one knows a spell, it is always there. There is no concievable way to run out of magical energy."

A quick flick of her other hand, and his tea is steaming hot - hotter than it had been, in fact. She does this silently, carelessly.
"And casting spells without wands?"
no subject
no subject
"But it is not the normal practice."
She nods.
"My people are able to learn and use most magics, it seems, although I have only a sample of one."
no subject
"Excuse me."
And he leaves.
no subject
"How rude."
And she leaves.
