Shortly before sunset, Moiraine had come downstairs and gone quietly out the door to the lake. From time to time, a particularly observant or sensitive patron might well have noticed a flicker of golden or silver light near the edge of the building, or by the greenhouse, or at the fringes of the forest.

Sunset had turned into deep dusk, and now night has fallen. The Aes Sedai is still outside, gliding noiselessly over the grass under the dark of the moon. Silver fire sparks from her fingertips as she tests possibilities and considers threads.

Frequently, her gaze flicks upward as she scans rooftops and skies and the branches of trees.

Hulk sways on Hulk's feet.

"That felt good to Hulk. Moiraine friend. Hulk thanks you."

Hulk sinks to his knees, staggering down, blinking.

"Hulk tired."

"I do not doubt it," she tells him. "You will do better to eat, and rest, in order to further aid your recovery."

Hulk tired.

"Hulk tired. Hulk rest..."

Hulk slumps down before her, shivering, breath quieting, as Hulk's eyes close. A shimmering begins to form around Hulk and Hulk seems to shrink, changing color slowly. Hulk's body pulls in until...

Bruce Banner blinks up at her.

"What-? Where am I?"

Visible startlement is clear in the dark eyes as she takes a step back from this transformation.

With control born from long years of training, Moiraine manages calmly,

"You are in the forest outside Milliways, as it happens."

He looks up at her, tears running down cheeks as he grabs what remains of clothes, tatters all around his privates.

"Is Molly okay? She must be if I am here... "

He glances around.

"I need to go find out... ahmm... what happened? here I mean?"

"I have not seen anyone so called," she informs him quietly, deliberately and politely ignoring his state of undress.

"You were another, or so it would seem; you were injured, and I Healed you." A beat. "I am Moiraine Sedai."

He groans, closing his eyes.

"Was he gfreen and childlike, or savage,... or grey and not nice?"

He looks up at her.

"I'm sorry you had to deal with one of Them."

"Green," she provides, without clarification on his state of mind.

"It was nothing of real trouble, as it happens."

Her gaze flickers past him to an owl, watching from a nearby tree.

He nods, slowly coming to himself and searches in pockets, until he finds glasses which he sticks on his face.

"I am still sorry and... thank you."

Juggling the clothes, he rises and looks towards the Bar.

"I should go check and see if my companion is safe too..."

"Go on your way, then; I suspect we shall meet again," she says calmly.

"Light illumine and protect you."

He nods at her.

"Thank you... the same to you."

He heads off, still clutching his tatterred clothes to him.
