Molly and Cain had had an interesting night, and had woken this morning a little awkwardly, but relatively well rested.
They made their way down to the bar, and Molly was relieved to find it in working order again, so that they could at least get Cain a change of clothes. She watched in bemusement as he shrugged off the hospital gown right there beside the Bar and, put on a shirt and trousers.
She might have suggested that he go to the men’s toilet to change, but he seemed to not want to be separated from her sight. She simply shrugged, since he wasn’t naked at any point, and ordered them breakfast.
Taking their plates, and leaving him to follow with a tea tray, she got them settled at a table.
[[ooc: Cain and Molly are both available for threading, feel free to approach one or both of them. Just keep in mind that Cain will not remember your pup.]]

"How so?"
He watches her eat too,
"Your stomach isnt... well?"
no subject
She waves away his concern about her appetite.
"I had a bit of an adventure, and I was too upset to eat very much for a couple of days... now my stomach is scolding me over it. I'll be fine."
no subject
"Okay... please eat a little?"
he nudges her with an elbow.
no subject
She says it gently, and to punctuate that statement, she picks up a small bunch of grapes and pops one into her mouth.
"You're the one I'm worried about. Healing as fast as you did yesterday must have used up a lot of energy. You should be starving."
no subject
"I am eating, but my stomach is unsettled... maybe stress?"
no subject
"Unsettled how? Do you feel like you're going to be sick?"
Head injuries are tricky, and even though Dr. McCoy said he was fine, she doesn't want to take any chances.
no subject
He smiles a little at her, touches hby her concern. He raises his hand from ehr hand to touch her face.
"I am fine., You are here with me. I am okay."
no subject
She swallows hard, still worried. The hand he puts to her face is warm, and she takes comfort in it.
"It's my job to take care of you, but you have to do your part, and let me know if there's something I'm missing."
no subject
"I will be okay. I am sure of it. I have you watching over me."
There is simple faith in his words.
He smiles slightly and that hand stays for a long moment, his eyes touching hers and something... warmer flaring there for a moment, something other than thankfullness. THe he puts his hand down, wondering what then hell he is doing feeling lust for this woman. She is a friend and putting up with him for now and takikng care of him, but lusting after her would be a poor ewas to thank her.

Molly sees that flare of something in her eyes, and wonders for a moment if it could be a hint of memory returning... then the contact is broken, and she wonders if she imagined it.
"Let me know when you feel ready to go outside for a bit. I don't want to overload you with new things all at once."
no subject
"Ou-outside?"
He looks around.
"What is outside?"
He blinks.
"THis is an awfully weird bar."
no subject
She points to the door she uses most frequently.
"There's a nice big area out there with gardens and trees and a lake and lots of other things. We like to take walks out there, often."
no subject
"Sounds nice... we can go walk there?"
He smiles at her.
"I can understand that."
no subject
She drains her teacup and is surprised to see that she's managed to eat some toast and fruit without too much distress.
"Do you think you'd like to do it now, or wait a bit to see if your stomach settles more?"
no subject
His smile is warm.
"And... it is nice outside, maybe? It would be good to see outside."
no subject
Because the mun just decided that it was so!"I'll give you a little tour, and we can really explore it later, if you'd like."
no subject
He smiles a little at her, and nods.
"Walking with you sounds nice."
no subject
She scoots over and bumps her hip with his to shoo him out of the booth ahead of her, and smiles.
She holds out her hand in offering of the contact he seems to need.
"Shall we?"
no subject
"Lets!"
no subject
"If anything out here makes you feel uncomfortable, you let me know, and we'll go back inside, okay?"
no subject
"Okay. What is out here?"
He looks around, eyes wide."
no subject
"Come on, I'll show you."
She tugs at his hand and leads him along the path toward the lake and forest. She goes slow, to give him time to adjust and to see anything and everything he wants. She points out the stables and the green houses, the wide open stretches of grass where various patron tended to spar or duel or practice swordsmanship or whatever other art they practiced.
She took him along between the forest and the lake, enjoying the sun and the light breeze as they went, looking at him every once in a while for signs that he remembered or recognised anything.
no subject
Nothing rings a bell,a nd he just smiles as he goes along with her.
"This placeis amazing."
no subject
She tells herself not to be too disappointed that he obviously doesn't remember this.
"You're the one who urged me to get out here and explore when I first found out I was bound, and hadn't really left the bar area. You took me on a tour not too different from this one, and we've walked out here together a lot since then."
no subject
"You are amazing. Doing all this for me...I'm sorry I cant.... dont ...remember anything."
