Billy settles into a seat near the Bar and watches the area. He smiles as he taps at his laptop some and just settles in for a nice night of people watching. Milliways is a good place for that.

::MMMnn, and I am lucky to be with you. You make me happy, Stephanie. I wouldnt be with you if you didnt, and you do. You are... amazing and you make me smile to come here and ... You make being Cap easier even.::

She nibbles his lip, and runs a hand through his hair.
::Love you.::

He kisses her and presses soft kisses against her eyelids and cheeks.
::Love you too, sweetheart.::

"aha... I see your nefarious plan now... stealing my hot chocolate an having your wicked way with me too, eh?"
Even as he says it though, he is sure to send her a gently touch of humor and the sense he is kidding.

She wouldn't steal his chocolate permanently, of course. He'll get it. When he reaches for it. Maybe. Meanwhile, she takes a gulp of hers, and gets froth on her nose. TALENT.

He grins at her and leans in to kiss her nose and lick off the froth of course... and sneakily reach for the chocolate.

Apparently, it's the sort of distraction tactic that works equally well when employed against Steph, because now it's her turn to close her eyes and shiver.
And then the second mug's gone from her hand. She goes :o!
::Sneaky. I like that.::

he grins at her as he sips.
::And your lips are nice like that... all soft and slippery and...::
he hums.

For a certain definition of evil, anyway.

"MMmn... true. But I had a very good teacher on this subject..."
He grins at her again.

Her chocolate gets carefully set down on the table beside the couch. Because spilling it would make the Oompa-Loompas angry, and if he's going to kiss her neck she's not sure she can avoid spilling it even with all her Bat-training.

::mmmmmmmoh, God, Billy, we should totally head upstairs, that's .... mmmmmph.::

"Upstairs sounds good to me, too..."
He snuggles her close for a tight hug.

Behind them, a waitrat, looking rather put out, picks up the abandoned mostly-full mugs of hot chocolate and scurries away with an air of "WELL REALLY."
