Miho, back of a booth, with a shamisen, provided by Bar in answer to a request for something to keep her entertained. She's currently tuning it to her voice, singing soft nonsense just for the sound. Eventually, she might play. Pehaps.

"Sounds like a good deal," she nods. "Not sure I'd want to live forever, though. Um. No offense. I can barely imagine getting past twenty."

"What a load of crap. You are a survivor through and through," the Fable scolds kindly.

"As for immortality, it's just something I've got, as a gift or a burden depending which side of bed I get out on. I don't know what I'd do if I had to choose."

"Perhaps." Miho looks at her. "I nearly died five times in the first year after I left home. And every time it was because I'd done something stupid."

She nods.

"Still. It'd be kind of nice for you if she took it up, hm?"

"It would," she says mildly. "But that's beside the point."

She busies herself repacking the cleaning rod and attachments, and reholstering her guns.

"Sounds like a big thing to decide," Miho says, resting her chin on her hand again, and trying not to think about those years between leaving home and finding her place in Old Town.
