[OOM: Last night, Kim dreamt of missions and corridors]
After her run and exercise, Kim sits near the place where the door should be, watching people appear and disappear. Whoever took Angie obviously can travel between the bar and wherever they're from easily - she only prays they can't make Gateways. She also happens to have a pretty good view of a certain teenager.
Everyone's right, when, not if, Angie comes back, she's going to need her to be strong.
She's writing down names and/or descriptions of everyone that goes in and out of the door.
[ooc: Not plotlocked. Warnings for violence and slight disturbing in OOM.]

See! He sits right near her!
Though, sniffing slightly lets him know something is wrong, as does the fact that she's looking in the same direction he had in the days when she was gone.
So the "Hi" he offers is rather apprehensive.

It feels weird to bother with a hello ro any small talk and her attention is drawn back to the door.

Quietly, tentatively, "...has?"

After a moment, a little weakly, "I'm sorry."
Beat. "You don't know... who?"

no subject
Rather quietly, "I'm sorry, if I could..."
His voice kind of drifts off.
no subject
"Do you think you could find her in...one of your dreams?"
no subject
He's quiet for a moment again, and then, "If you don't know where she is... I don't know, it wouldn't get her back."

Melehan has little sympathy for him.
But, still.
"What are you doing?"
no subject
"I'm doing something."
no subject
"Yeah, I can see that. Hence my asking, ma'am."
no subject
She gives him a searching look. "Melou?"

...who is now peering over her shoulder and reading the descriptions she's writing down.
'Looking for a new boyfriend, Kim?'
no subject
First time in a long time he's been this close.
"What do you want?" She tries to glare but knows that her voice isn't exactly threatening.
no subject
He grins in what supposed to be a winning manner, although it's far too sarcastic to be taken as anything like that. Her reaction to him is never not noticed. Needless to say, he loves it and he looks as smug as hell as he sits down opposite her and lights a cigarette, his arms resting casually behind the back of his chair.
'And I heard what happened to your daughter.'
no subject
"You're not going to pretend to care now, are you?"
no subject
'God no, of course not.'
Ramon looks a little disgusted at the suggestion actually - and it's genuine.
'There was something a little more practical I wanted to bring up with you actually.'
And, y'know, he wanted to wind her up as well. Of course.
no subject
She's managed to move her chair a few inches from the table, keeping as much distance between them as possible.
"What?"
no subject
'What do you think? I know what your father will be thinking right about now, and I'll tell him this myself if I run into him. But as he's not here, you'll have to give him a message for me.'
He leans in suddenly, forearms on the table, closing the gap a little between them.
'Melou told me about it this morning, and that's the first I've heard of it. So you can pass that on to him - let his paranoid little mind point at someone else. You understand?'
no subject
When he leans in, she moves a little more back, wishing that the table was larger. In much the same way that people have phobias, it's how she feels around Ramon. At this point, it's almost irrational.
"You talk to Melou?"
