Ramon has been in the bar all day and, quite frankly, is bored out of his head. It's not easy being visible to waylay suspicion, you know.
He's in an armchair, passing the time by reading a few car magazines that Bar provided. He doesn't know about a certain Malfoy being put into the cells as per his demand...if he knew, his mood would be noticeably better. As it is, the air of grumpiness will be hard to miss.
